So it's cute, it's kind of fun, but it's essentially just the Lo-Fi girl YouTube channel with a few songs. The decor and pets are clever and nicely designed, though I REALLY wish they had plans for a male audience. All the 'outfits' are for females, almost all the clothing is designed for females. The spirit/pet designs are cute, but.. largely useless. They don't do anything except makes little hearts when pet. It's seemingly designed around tasks and timers, and things like it wants to be a productivity tool, but the ends of timers don't really give any alerts/sounds that I could hear, the to-do list is nice but a pain to delete stuff from as it keeps trying to change the text, and again.. largely useless. To-Do lists I keep in Outlook or on my phone in Notes, no on my desktop running forever in the background. So I see where it's going, and I appreciate it and I WOULD recommend it (especially on sale) for the music and cute art design and the sounds are nice, the environments are nice.. so I do not regret buying it and getting all the pets, but I really wish there was just something to actually do. Let me walk around, let me adjust things, let me play something. Instead you have a set of pre-determined actions at various workstations that never have any impact. For instance, if I sit and cut vegetables for a while, then cook, then eat.. have them be related, let me toss the things I cut into the pot, and then scoop it out and go to the table to eat - not just teleport and have pre-made 'eating soup', or maybe as simple as to have the type of pet we have out have some impact on our actions. If I have the bee out, maybe something with honey can be made? If I have the dog, maybe something with some peanut butter? Stuff like that. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10 for the art and such, but it's definitely a 5/10 when you attribute to the fact that it's largely just a really floofy designed basic calendar application.

I love having a productivity app where I can make a character that looks a bit like me, and I can mirror some of the activities my character does. The spirit catching happens naturally as you focus with certain scenarios selected, so there's no need to constantly pay attention to what is happening on the screen like the various "focus" games that require you to keep an eye on plants or fish. I'm a teacher, so I often use the reading, typing, writing, or even drawing actions when I'm marking papers or inputting grades into my spreadsheets. There are similar productivity apps out there, but I love this one by far due to all the options it has for visuals, sound effects, and even the ability to listen to external music. The expansions are affordable and add locations that I find particularly fun and relaxing (I love trains), but you certainly get your money's worth with the base game alone.

Of all the mobile apps and games that are out there with similar mechanics, this is truly the best one I've seen. The graphics are good, the music is very relaxing and they credit all of the artists, there's tons of customization options, and it's a very simple habit tracker that's easy to learn. It's rewarding and for a lofi habit tracker, it's pretty damn loaded with things to play around with! What I found the most interesting, and i know it might be silly, is that you can go on youtube and play your own music in game. That's a very cool feature imo. Indie with no AI in sight. I will definitely be buying the DLCs once I have the money for it to support the devs, though already it's pretty cheap and there's no mirco-transactions. Shows they care about the players and not greed. This is exactly what I've been looking for to chill out or focus on my arts to. This game is genuinely perfect for anyone who struggles with ADHD or neurodivergence so I'll definitely recommend people to try it! Though be aware it's not supposed to be an action packed game. It's just a relaxing experience and amazing background noise. All in all, this is a great game and deserves more love!

И ещё прикол, когда покупаешь одежду она в итоге опять становится платной после перезахода в игру. Т.е. сохранения одежды не работают вообще, но к счастью это не касается самого дома тут с сохранением всё стабильно. Из хорошего: [u] можно поставить свою музыку [/u]. Сделать из дома своё приятное местечко, где будет очень комфортно. Есть разные виды музыки, что предлагает Lofi (слушать одно удовольствие). Разные скажем позы по типу "чтение", "наблюдать", "вязать", "играть" и т.д. Если не хочешь слушать музыку можно поставить к примеру "пение птиц", "готовка еды", "ночные сверчки", "дождь", "гром" и т.д. лучше это увидеть, чем от кого-то услышать. Пока что могу поставить 8 несохраняющейся одежды из 10 (исправьте пожалуйста) В целом приложение рекомендую

Spirit City: Lofi Sessions is one of those games that actually feels like it can benefit your life and not the other way around. 1. Calming and good for your overall sanity. 2. Has a journal, task list and timer which is great for a myriad of things if you struggle with keeping up with life. 3. You can use YouTube for music so you aren't stuck with defaults. 4. You level up and actually progress through the game by being productive. 5. It's an overall cute and calming game with great lighting and good customization. I strongly recommend this game for students, or people who struggle to keep up with routines or tasks.

After having the game since launch and watching the multiple DLC and updates that have come out, I can confirm this is absolutely my go-to background noise no matter what I'm doing. I love the different sounds, available music to play, and even just down to the customization itself. While my own character is rather simple, I was able to recreate her and put her in this environment to feel at peace and focus on getting my remote work done. It's something I can leave on for screen sharing with friends as well who want to see the little spirits and how they interact. Sometimes, they've watched me unlock the spirits as well and have been just as excited as me with what comes next. But the best part has to be the All Aboard! DLC. I recreated the train as close as I could to one that I would take with my partner when visiting him for our yearly hang out. It helps me ground myself and remember that our next visit isn't as far away as it seems. To the developers: Thank you for all you've done with the game so far and I can't wait to see what comes next. Having free updates alongside DLC has been delightful and I'll continue to share my experiences or this simple little game with everyone who just needs a comfy little space to call their own.

as a professional procrastinator and a sucker for cute aesthetics, i finished all my work tasks for the day before 9am thanks to this little game. not as helpful at home (where i lack a second monitor), though, unless it comes to non-laptop activities like cleaning. but—all in all—very cute, very demure, obsessed with creating different aesthetics to fit my mood/location. would love for more options for decor/clothing etc. but as someone who also spent 2 hours setting this up over the weekend, it's got more than enough.

Bought this before a history exam. Studied for 11 hours straight without sleep on six coffees and nearly ascended to another plane of existence, but this game kept me going. I didn't even end up going to the exam and will take it during the second term. Haha....... ha... yeah. On a more serious note, there are things I dislike about this game, things I wish were different or more developed. Still, even with those flaws, I'd absolutely buy it again. The mechanic of finding the little spirits is what really made studying feel rewarding. It's genuinely fun trying to meet the requiremnts by adjusting the enviorment, activity, sounds, and time of day. The technical features like timers and notes work well and do exactly what they need to do. The level of customization is really compelling, and the variety of audio options is great, there's a lot to choose from depending on what suits your taste. The music is kinda meh though, personally. I love the animations, and while the character art style kind of icks me out, I got used to it pretty quickly. Overall, there's a ton of good stuff here, and I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra help staying focused or getting tasks done! Side note: PLEASE add a bunny plushie. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. My soul will be yours.

If you like Listening to LOFI music and would like to do that while putting hours on a game, this for you. Cute lil critters to discover while chilling, Reasonable amount of room decor available from start, I put about 2 hours in before i unlocked about 1 item in every catigory i liked. With that being said the "progression" is not terribly hard or annoying but will take time to unlock everything. The game is exactly as described, no more, no less. I do wish the Character had a better selection of wearables but there is still dozens of options. (No jiggle effects, so when your friend asks let them know )

This has absolutely everything someone could want in a Pomodoro. It has the actual pomodoro itself, a stopwatch, a timer, a clock, a to-do list, a calender, a journal, ambient sounds, lofi music, a customizable house and character, a leveling system, in game currency, things to unlock, AND NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS! Absolutely worth the money.

Spirit city is a very cute and cozy app that my friends Fena and Riley recommended to me because of my long-time use of a similar app called LifeAt. If you’re familiar with LifeAt, Spirit City has a similar focus-based system, but the main difference is Spirit City has rewards for you doing tasks. In Spirit City, you can unlock new adorable pets, decor, and clothes as you work. The little rewards you can collect have made Spirit City a bit more motivating in my opinion compared to LifeAt. I still think LifeAt is a great app, I would still recommend it if you're looking for a light weight free focus tool. However, I do think Spirit City's reward system could be more motivating for some users. Even if you won't be using it for the focus functions, you could still use it as basically a pretty customizable wallpaper in the background for your pc. There's also nice Lo-Fi you can listen to, but i've always preferred ambient sounds whenever I am working. You can combine them with each other, and some sounds change effects in the background, (Like turning on the wind for example makes the leaves blow around) which I found really immersive and a nice touch. I think no matter how you end up using Spirit City it would be a nice touch for anyone’s steam library!

The spirit catching happens naturally as you focus with certain scenarios selected, so there's no need to constantly pay attention to what is happening on the screen like the various "focus" games that require you to keep an eye on plants or fish. I'm a teacher, so I often use the reading, typing, writing, or even drawing actions when I'm marking papers or inputting grades into my spreadsheets. There are similar productivity apps out there, but I love this one by far due to all the options it has for visuals, sound effects, and even the ability to listen to external music. The expansions are affordable and add locations that I find particularly fun and relaxing (I love trains), but you certainly get your money's worth with the base game alone.

Of all the mobile apps and games that are out there with similar mechanics, this is truly the best one I've seen. The graphics are good, the music is very relaxing and they credit all of the artists, there's tons of customization options, and it's a very simple habit tracker that's easy to learn. It's rewarding and for a lofi habit tracker, it's pretty damn loaded with things to play around with! What I found the most interesting, and i know it might be silly, is that you can go on youtube and play your own music in game. That's a very cool feature imo. Indie with no AI in sight. I will definitely be buying the DLCs once I have the money for it to support the devs, though already it's pretty cheap and there's no mirco-transactions. Shows they care about the players and not greed. This is exactly what I've been looking for to chill out or focus on my arts to. This game is genuinely perfect for anyone who struggles with ADHD or neurodivergence so I'll definitely recommend people to try it! Though be aware it's not supposed to be an action packed game. It's just a relaxing experience and amazing background noise. All in all, this is a great game and deserves more love!

И ещё прикол, когда покупаешь одежду она в итоге опять становится платной после перезахода в игру. Т.е. сохранения одежды не работают вообще, но к счастью это не касается самого дома тут с сохранением всё стабильно. Из хорошего: [u] можно поставить свою музыку [/u]. Сделать из дома своё приятное местечко, где будет очень комфортно. Есть разные виды музыки, что предлагает Lofi (слушать одно удовольствие). Разные скажем позы по типу "чтение", "наблюдать", "вязать", "играть" и т.д. Если не хочешь слушать музыку можно поставить к примеру "пение птиц", "готовка еды", "ночные сверчки", "дождь", "гром" и т.д. лучше это увидеть, чем от кого-то услышать. Пока что могу поставить 8 несохраняющейся одежды из 10 (исправьте пожалуйста) В целом приложение рекомендую

Spirit City: Lofi Sessions is one of those games that actually feels like it can benefit your life and not the other way around. 1. Calming and good for your overall sanity. 2. Has a journal, task list and timer which is great for a myriad of things if you struggle with keeping up with life. 3. You can use YouTube for music so you aren't stuck with defaults. 4. You level up and actually progress through the game by being productive. 5. It's an overall cute and calming game with great lighting and good customization. I strongly recommend this game for students, or people who struggle to keep up with routines or tasks.

After having the game since launch and watching the multiple DLC and updates that have come out, I can confirm this is absolutely my go-to background noise no matter what I'm doing. I love the different sounds, available music to play, and even just down to the customization itself. While my own character is rather simple, I was able to recreate her and put her in this environment to feel at peace and focus on getting my remote work done. It's something I can leave on for screen sharing with friends as well who want to see the little spirits and how they interact. Sometimes, they've watched me unlock the spirits as well and have been just as excited as me with what comes next. But the best part has to be the All Aboard! DLC. I recreated the train as close as I could to one that I would take with my partner when visiting him for our yearly hang out. It helps me ground myself and remember that our next visit isn't as far away as it seems. To the developers: Thank you for all you've done with the game so far and I can't wait to see what comes next. Having free updates alongside DLC has been delightful and I'll continue to share my experiences or this simple little game with everyone who just needs a comfy little space to call their own.

as a professional procrastinator and a sucker for cute aesthetics, i finished all my work tasks for the day before 9am thanks to this little game. not as helpful at home (where i lack a second monitor), though, unless it comes to non-laptop activities like cleaning. but—all in all—very cute, very demure, obsessed with creating different aesthetics to fit my mood/location. would love for more options for decor/clothing etc. but as someone who also spent 2 hours setting this up over the weekend, it's got more than enough.

Bought this before a history exam. Studied for 11 hours straight without sleep on six coffees and nearly ascended to another plane of existence, but this game kept me going. I didn't even end up going to the exam and will take it during the second term. Haha....... ha... yeah. On a more serious note, there are things I dislike about this game, things I wish were different or more developed. Still, even with those flaws, I'd absolutely buy it again. The mechanic of finding the little spirits is what really made studying feel rewarding. It's genuinely fun trying to meet the requiremnts by adjusting the enviorment, activity, sounds, and time of day. The technical features like timers and notes work well and do exactly what they need to do. The level of customization is really compelling, and the variety of audio options is great, there's a lot to choose from depending on what suits your taste. The music is kinda meh though, personally. I love the animations, and while the character art style kind of icks me out, I got used to it pretty quickly. Overall, there's a ton of good stuff here, and I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra help staying focused or getting tasks done! Side note: PLEASE add a bunny plushie. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE. My soul will be yours.

Cute lil critters to discover while chilling, Reasonable amount of room decor available from start, I put about 2 hours in before i unlocked about 1 item in every catigory i liked. With that being said the "progression" is not terribly hard or annoying but will take time to unlock everything. The game is exactly as described, no more, no less. I do wish the Character had a better selection of wearables but there is still dozens of options. (No jiggle effects, so when your friend asks let them know )

This has absolutely everything someone could want in a Pomodoro. It has the actual pomodoro itself, a stopwatch, a timer, a clock, a to-do list, a calender, a journal, ambient sounds, lofi music, a customizable house and character, a leveling system, in game currency, things to unlock, AND NO MICRO TRANSACTIONS! Absolutely worth the money.

Spirit city is a very cute and cozy app that my friends Fena and Riley recommended to me because of my long-time use of a similar app called LifeAt. If you’re familiar with LifeAt, Spirit City has a similar focus-based system, but the main difference is Spirit City has rewards for you doing tasks. In Spirit City, you can unlock new adorable pets, decor, and clothes as you work. The little rewards you can collect have made Spirit City a bit more motivating in my opinion compared to LifeAt. I still think LifeAt is a great app, I would still recommend it if you're looking for a light weight free focus tool. However, I do think Spirit City's reward system could be more motivating for some users. Even if you won't be using it for the focus functions, you could still use it as basically a pretty customizable wallpaper in the background for your pc. There's also nice Lo-Fi you can listen to, but i've always preferred ambient sounds whenever I am working. You can combine them with each other, and some sounds change effects in the background, (Like turning on the wind for example makes the leaves blow around) which I found really immersive and a nice touch. I think no matter how you end up using Spirit City it would be a nice touch for anyone’s steam library!

So it's cute, it's kind of fun, but it's essentially just the Lo-Fi girl YouTube channel with a few songs. The decor and pets are clever and nicely designed, though I REALLY wish they had plans for a male audience. All the 'outfits' are for females, almost all the clothing is designed for females. The spirit/pet designs are cute, but.. largely useless. They don't do anything except makes little hearts when pet. It's seemingly designed around tasks and timers, and things like it wants to be a productivity tool, but the ends of timers don't really give any alerts/sounds that I could hear, the to-do list is nice but a pain to delete stuff from as it keeps trying to change the text, and again.. largely useless. To-Do lists I keep in Outlook or on my phone in Notes, no on my desktop running forever in the background. So I see where it's going, and I appreciate it and I WOULD recommend it (especially on sale) for the music and cute art design and the sounds are nice, the environments are nice.. so I do not regret buying it and getting all the pets, but I really wish there was just something to actually do. Let me walk around, let me adjust things, let me play something. Instead you have a set of pre-determined actions at various workstations that never have any impact. For instance, if I sit and cut vegetables for a while, then cook, then eat.. have them be related, let me toss the things I cut into the pot, and then scoop it out and go to the table to eat - not just teleport and have pre-made 'eating soup', or maybe as simple as to have the type of pet we have out have some impact on our actions. If I have the bee out, maybe something with honey can be made? If I have the dog, maybe something with some peanut butter? Stuff like that. Overall, I'd give it a 7/10 for the art and such, but it's definitely a 5/10 when you attribute to the fact that it's largely just a really floofy designed basic calendar application.
